PHP Developer

Job Requirements

• 5+ years experience PHP development, with heavy focus in custom programming
• 5+ years experience custom Javascript development and in depth knowledge of common frameworks
• 5+ years experience with MySQL, MSSQL and other database platforms
• Strong knowledge of web protocols and standards such as SOAP, JSON, HTTP(S)
• Comfortable working in Linux/Apache environment
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications   
• Ideal candidate has a hardworking attitude and thrives as part of a team and independently.
• Comfortable working in Linux/Apache environment
• Must be able to work on-site at our offices in Baltimore, MD

Day to Day Responsibilities

• Develop custom websites and implement content management systems
• Build and maintain custom web applications
• Maintain and support existing client platforms, including recent builds and legacy code
• Work with Account management and Design teams to define and develop scope and technical specifications for new projects
• Help business development team research new solutions for future clients, provide timelines and estimates for new development.

Extra Credit

• Marketing or digital agency experience. 
• Drupal or Magento certification. 
• Experience with Canvas and other JS libraries like web GL.
