Just Launched: Fuel Fund of Maryland
Fuel Fund of Maryland is a 501(c)3 non-profit dedicated to providing monetary assistance to Maryland families struggling to pay their energy bill. Fuel Fund aids 9,000 families each year, and many recipients avoid homelessness, illness, and further crisis through Fuel Fund’s generosity.
Mission has worked with Fuel Fund since 2012 on identity development, print and digital advertising, and website development. Fuel Fund’s website was strategically designed for an intuitive user experience, while presenting information in an appealing and authentic way. A combination of graphical elements and photography was selected to introduce a human element, while still highlighting Fuel Fund’s core initiatives and messages.
The new site maintains the Fuel Fund’s identity, while elevating the brand through improved messaging and iconography. The launch of Fuel Fund’s website was supported by a two-month long print and digital campaign that shed light (pun intended) on the jarring reality of living without power, and many of the campaign’s messages can be seen on Fuel Fund’s home page.
Mission looks forward to a continued partnership with Fuel Fund throughout 2014 as they continue their commitment to helping neighbors in need.
